Contractors trust Camspect with photos of their customers' homes, insurance claims and business records. Here's how we keep that information safe.
Encrypted connections
The apps talk to Camspect over HTTPS, so your photos, projects and messages are encrypted on their way to and from our servers.
Access by role, enforced on the server
Admins, Managers and Standard users each see what their role allows. A Standard user can't open, list or guess a project they aren't assigned to, because the check happens on our servers, not just in the app.
An audit log of every change
Changes to shared data, from editing a project to deleting a photo, are recorded with who made them and when. Admins and Managers can review the log.
Share links you control
Photo and report links use long random addresses and can expire after 7, 30 or 90 days. You choose what each link includes.
Session controls
Change your password or sign out of every other device in one tap. Deactivated teammates lose access right away.
Payments handled by our provider
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Camspect never sees or stores your full card number.
